These Terms govern your use of the KibuSpace website and services. By using the site or engaging us, you agree to them.

Services

We design and build AI automation systems for e-commerce. The exact scope, deliverables, timelines and pricing for any engagement are set out in a separate agreement or proposal, which takes precedence over these Terms where they differ.

Waitlist

Joining the waitlist is a request to be contacted. It does not create a contract or guarantee availability, pricing or onboarding.

Your responsibilities

• Give accurate information and the access needed to deliver the work.
• Hold the rights to any data, accounts or content you connect or provide.
• Use anything we build in line with the terms of your own third-party tools.

Ownership

On full payment, the automations and workflows we build for you are yours, and stay in your accounts. We retain rights to our own pre-existing tools, methods and know-how.

Liability

The website and any general content are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
